Mission and Vision

The Office of the Child Advocate (OCA) is responsible for protecting the legal rights of children in State care. The OCA works to make sure that children are safe and have permanent and stable families. Additionally, OCA ensures that children in out of home placements have all their physical, mental, medical, educational, emotional, and behavioral needs met.
